Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt; for quality issues, incorrect or missing items, or discrepancies with the description, a 30-day return/exchange policy applies (for customized or perishable goods). Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories included, and must include actual photos of the problem and order information. Shipping costs are handled according to the principle of responsibility attribution: for returns due to the merchant's responsibility, we will bear the international shipping and customs clearance fees; for returns due to personal reasons, the returnee must bear the relevant logistics costs.

Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved by the warehouse, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days. If you require a refund, you can submit it through the platform backend or customer service email. We will respond and process your request efficiently to protect your cross-border shopping rights.
